COVID-19 Safety Measures

The safety of our customers, drivers and our wider community is paramount to us. 


We continue to closely monitor and act upon the advice of Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV), Dept of Health & Human Services, WHO guidelines and State and Federal Government directives.   

Our COVID Safety Plan is in place to support the safety and wellbeing of our customers and drivers, and to help minimise the risks associated with COVID-19.



  • Disinfected and sanitised at the end of each transit, shift and driver change  
    Common touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitised after each transit:

    • (including, but not limited to, door handles, seat belts, seat belt clasps, boot and card payment machines)

  • COVID-19 Vehicle Hygiene Checklist for cleaning

  • Wipes, hand sanitisers and tissues available onboard

  • Maximum customer numbers apply, (3 customers (sedan) or 5 customers (SUV/4WD) from the same pick up address/household



  • Mandatory COVID19 Hygiene Awareness Training including cleaning and sanitising vehicles

  • Close monitoring of driver's health including regular temp checks. Any drivers exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms are not permitted to drive

  • All drivers have been fully vaccinated (double jab) and booster shot

When travelling with us, please:

  • Wear a fitted face mask (unless a lawful exception)

  • Practice good hand hygiene (please use hand sanitisers onboard)

  • Load and unload own baggage and equipment where possible 

  • Use “Tap & Go” card payment or pre pay via credit card

  • Adhere to customer number restrictions for vehicles

  • Ensure social distancing by travelling in the back seats (where possible)☹

  • Do not travel with us if unwell or exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms

These safety measures may impact on vehicle availability.  In these instances your understanding and patience is appreciated.
